Erection problems (impotence) are very common, particularly in men over 40.
Most men occasionally fail to get or keep an erection. This is usually due to stress, tiredness, anxiety or drinking too much alcohol, and it’s nothing to worry about.
If it happens more often, it may be caused by physical or emotional problems.

Other medicines
Some medicines are prescribed for a different condition, e.g. nitrates.
For this reason, they cannot be used at the same time as the medicine. For this reason, they will not be used the same time as the medicine will be prescribed.
medicines to lower cholesterol –Cialis, which is also a medicine to lower high blood pressure, is regularly prescribed to men with erectile dysfunction as a way to get a better quality of life.
For this reason, it is important to take Cialis as directed by your doctor. For this reason, it is usually recommended to take Cialis at the same time as the medicine.
taking h2-adrenergic blockers –This medicine is generally used at the start of a h2-adrenergic blocker (e.g. sildenafil) or at the end of a h2-adrenergic blocker (e.g. -diphenhydramine) treatment.
For this reason, it is important to take h2-adrenergic blockers at the start of a h2-adrenergic blocker (e.g. sildenafil) treatment. For this reason, it is usually recommended to take h2-adrenergic blockers at the start of a h2-adrenergic blocker (e.g.
1.Nitrates (e.g., nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate): Cialis and nitrates both lower blood pressure. Taking them together can cause a significant and potentially life-threatening drop in blood pressure (hypotension), leading to dizziness, fainting, or even heart attack or stroke. It is contraindicated to use Cialis with nitrates or recreational "poppers" (amyl nitrites).
2.Alpha-blockers (e.g., prazosin, terazosin, tamsulosin): Both Cialis and alpha-blockers relax blood vessels, which can lead to excessive blood pressure reduction when used together. This may result in dizziness, fainting, or orthostatic hypotension (a sudden drop in blood pressure when standing). If needed, your doctor may adjust the dosage or recommend spacing the medications.
3.Other antihypertensive drugs (e.g., atenolol, propranolol, enalapril, lisinopril): Cialis can enhance the blood-pressure-lowering effects of these medications. While this interaction is usually less severe than with nitrates or alpha-blockers, it can still cause dizziness or fainting in sensitive individuals. Close monitoring of blood pressure is recommended.
Cialis (tadalafil) can interact with certain foods and beverages, potentially altering its effectiveness or increasing the risk of side effects. Here are the key drug-food interactions to be aware of:
CAD-12 Ant MVP (amikacne metabolite of cad-12): This nitratedrug-derived medication inhibits the enzyme guanylate cyclase, which may reduce power for the heart to thrive. It can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure when used with CAD-12. The affected areas should be washed off with non-herbal choice as discussed in the 'CAD-12 prescription' section of 'CAD-12 PRECAUTIONS'
4.CAD-12 PDE5 Inhibitors (e.g., lansoprazole, ranitidine, vardenafil): These medications lower blood pressure when used concurrently with prescription CAD-12 inhibitors. Blood pressure reduction occurs through a combination of increased blood pressure and a decrease in blood flow to the penis.
